Hatha Yoga classes include: Asana (physical postures) to stretch, balance and tone the whole body. Prananyama (breathing practices) to strengthen the lungs and balance the nervous system. Relaxation for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Private Classes
Receive an individualized yoga program to suit your own personality and needs. Personal yoga classes are 75 minutes and as per request may include: asanas (poses), pranayama (breath), and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).
You may also choose to learn practices from the Satyananda Yoga Tradition from other branches of yoga including: mantra yoga (chanting), jnana yoga (self inquiry) and raja yoga (meditation). Please inquire.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that induces a deep state of relaxation for the body and mind. Yoga Nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes increasingly aware of the inner world by following the verbal instructions
